Responsibility. Decisions.
My own path.
I work with people who carry significant responsibility.
Entrepreneurs, founders and leaders who perform at a high level and sense that the way things are currently running no longer feels fully aligned.
Decisions get postponed.
Adaptation becomes a habit.
The day-to-day becomes more about functioning than actively shaping.
That's exactly where I step in.
Why this feels familiar to me
Before starting my own business, I spent more than 10 years in leadership roles at international companies such as HelloFresh, BearingPoint, and ING.
I led teams, built structures, carried responsibility, and worked in high-pressure environments.
I understand the dynamics that emerge when external expectations keep growing while you’re also trying to live up to your own standards.
I know how easy it is to lose touch with yourself in the process and eventually end up just functioning.
And I also know that these patterns don’t start in the workplace.
I grew up with strong cultural and family influences where achievement, adaptation, and functioning were simply expected.
At the same time, I saw in professional environments how quickly people lose themselves when they constantly try to fulfil roles that don’t truly fit who they are.
My own path
At some point, I realised I couldn’t keep going like that.
I made the decision to step out of both the family and professional systems I had been shaped by — and to follow my own path.
With all the consequences that came with it.
That decision changed a lot.
It required courage.
Clarity.
And the willingness to sit with uncertainty.
That experience shapes the way I work today.
How I work today
Today, I support entrepreneurs, founders and leaders in times of transition, strategic decisions or in the middle of demanding business and leadership realities.
I combine many years of experience in start-ups and large corporations with my own entrepreneurial practice and systemic coaching.
We work on external challenges as well as the internal patterns that influence decision-making, leadership and growth.
I place great importance on working together as equals
Together, we identify where the real issues lie and translate these insights into concrete steps.
