Responsibility. Decisions.
My own path.
I work with people who carry significant responsibility.
Entrepreneurs, founders and leaders who perform at a high level and sense that the way things are currently running no longer feels fully aligned.
Decisions get postponed.
Adaptation becomes a habit.
The day-to-day becomes more about functioning than actively shaping.
That's exactly where I step in.
Why this feels familiar to me
I spent over ten years in leadership roles at international companies before starting my own business.
I know the pressure of meeting targets.
I know what it means to carry responsibility for teams and results.
And I know what it’s like to make decisions that affect other people.
I also know how easily you can lose connection with yourself in the process and begin to adapt.
And I know that dynamics like these rarely begin in professional life.
I grew up with strong cultural and family expectations and spent many years trying to live up to them.
Performance, adaptation and functioning were simply expected.
My own path
At some point, it became clear to me that things could not continue like this.
I made the decision to break away and follow my own path.
With all the consequences that came with it.
With that decision, familiar securities disappeared almost overnight.
It was a phase full of doubt.
And at the same time, a phase in which important decisions had to be made.
I kept moving forward.
With a clear mind and full responsibility for my own path.
Within a short time, I built my business.
Guided by a strong sense of inner clarity and alignment.
That experience continues to shape my work to this day.
How I work today
Today, I support entrepreneurs, founders and leaders in times of transition, strategic decisions or in the middle of demanding business and leadership realities.
I work honestly, directly and on equal footing.
Without pressure.
Without rigid expectations.
Without ready-made solutions.
We look at what is truly holding things back and turn insights into clear, practical next steps.
