Alina is running her own business and works freelance as a Personal Brand Manager.
She has lots of expertise, is highly committed and very well regarded by her clients.
And yet, she was strongly driven by perfectionism and self-criticism.
This showed up in different ways. For instance, she would overprepare for sales and client conversations and often felt like she wasn’t delivering “well enough”.
That inner pressure also showed up in her day-to-day work.
Her calendar was constantly full, and taking breaks didn’t feel justified.
Even when she achieved a lot, she often felt like she hadn’t done enough. She regularly went the extra mile for her clients.
From the outside, Alina appeared highly professional. But inside, she was under constant pressure.
