An example from coaching

Last week, I had a conversation with a founder.

He has been self-employed for three years and his business is doing well financially.
From the outside, it looks like everything is going smoothly.

But within the first five minutes of our conversation, it all came out.

“I’ve made myself dependent on my biggest client.
One client accounts for 70% of my revenue. I can’t say no.
I can’t take on new projects. I feel trapped.”

At first, I simply listened. Then we started digging deeper.
We looked for what was really going on. No superficial marketing tricks. No quick strategies. We went deeper.

 

The result? He had never really allowed himself to set boundaries.

He knew what to do and how to do it, but he doubted himself.
And that has nothing to do with business strategy. It runs much deeper.

Six weeks later, he had the conversation with his biggest client.
He started bringing in new clients and now works with four clients instead of relying on just one and earns more.

When we spoke recently, he sounded truly relaxed for the first time in months.

 

I’m sharing this because I know what that feeling is like.
That moment when you know exactly what you should do, but something inside still holds you back.

Du vergleichst dich ständig mit anderen. Scrollst durch LinkedIn und siehst, wie andere es schaffen. Du fragst dich: „Was machen die anders?“ und zweifelst an dir, an deinem Wert und fragst dich, ob du überhaupt gut genug bist.

Du bist durchgehend im Feuerlöschmodus. Dein Tag: Reagieren, löschen, abarbeiten. Zeit für Strategie? Für Wachstum? Für dich selbst? Fehlanzeige. Du kommst nicht mehr dazu, an deinem Business zu arbeiten, weil du nur noch drin arbeitest.

And this is exactly where the gap lies. You already have the knowledge. You already have the capabilities. What’s missing is the inner permission to act on what you already know deep down.

I’m not here to help you build a team of 50 people this year. And I’m not here to help you become the next unicorn.

In the coaching itself:

We meet twice a month for 60-90 minutes. We look at your specific situation and work on what is really going on right now without standard coaching questions or generic frameworks.

If you tell me that client acquisition is a challenge for you, I won’t simply hand you a one-size-fits-all sales strategy.

Instead, we look deeper. We ask: Why is that, really? What is actually holding you back? Where might you be getting in your own way?

 

That is the issue behind the issue. And that is exactly where we work.

Don’t worry this is not purely mindset coaching.
We also work on the practical business side.

Analysing your business structure.
What is working well and where are things getting stuck?
We look at your offer structure, positioning and communication.

Feedback on all relevant materials. You receive clear and concrete feedback on pitch decks, sales pages, workshop materials, proposals, and everything you need to present your business professionally.

Sharpening your sales funnel.
How do clients find you? Where do you lose them? How can the path from first contact to closing become clearer and more effective?

Templates and tools.
You get access to proven templates and resources that make implementation easier

 Between sessions

Messenger support. Are you stuck with a decision between two sessions? Need quick feedback?
I’m only a message away no waiting weeks until the next call.

Individual roadmap. After every session, you receive a short summary with the most important insights and concrete next steps.
You always know what comes next.

Regular priority check-ins. Together we make sure you stay on track and adjust if necessary.

I’m direct. I don’t spend a lot of time circling around problems. When I hear something important, I name it. If necessary, I’ll point directly to what hurts.

I work holistically. Business and personality are inseparable. The topics you struggle with privately (such as setting boundaries, saying no, standing up for yourself) show up in your business too. We look at both. Not just the surface, but the deeper layer. Otherwise, nothing really changes.

I work intensively with you for three to six months and then I let you go. I don’t want you to stay with me for a year just so I can generate revenue. I want you to grow for real during this time. To stand on your own feet afterwards. To swim without a life jacket.

What my clients experience

Another founder stopped constantly comparing himself to others.

I hold a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Business Administration, completed an apprenticeship in banking, and trained as a certified Systemic Life & Business Coach (ECA and QSA certified) as well as a Train-the-Trainer qualification.
