Responsibility. Decisions.
My own path.
I work with people who carry a great deal of responsibility.
Self-employed, founders, and leaders who are highly capable and at the same time sense that the way things are running right now no longer feels aligned.
Many of them have everything they need in terms of expertise.
And yet, they feel internally blocked.
Decisions are postponed.
Adaptation becomes a habit.
Daily work turns into functioning rather than shaping.
Why this feels familiar to me
I spent over ten years in management roles at international companies.
I know the pressure of having to meet predefined targets.
I know responsibility.
And I know what it means to make decisions that affect others.
I also know how easy it is to lose touch with yourself along the way.
These dynamics aren’t something I only know from a professional context — they’re also part of my own biography.
I grew up with strong cultural and family expectations and spent many years trying to live up to them.
Those patterns shaped my decisions for a long time.
My own path
At some point, it became clear that things couldn’t continue like this.
I decided to step out and follow my own path.
With that decision, familiar certainties fell away almost overnight.
It was a phase marked by doubt — and by the need to make decisions nonetheless.
I kept going.
Clear-headed, and taking responsibility for my own path.
Within a short period of time, I built an autonomous business organically — in a completely new professional field.
Not driven by higher, faster, more,
but grounded in clarity, responsibility and inner alignment.
That experience continues to shape my work to this day.
How I work today
Today, I support self-employed professionals, founders and leaders
through periods of transition, important decisions
and the realities of everyday working life.
I work honestly, directly and on equal footing.
Without pressure. Without role models. Without ready-made solutions.
And I let people go again
once they feel grounded in themselves
and are able to make decisions from a place of inner clarity and alignment.
